WhatsApp Chat Reply Templates
Budget: $50 – $0 USD
I want to start earning by offering a simple service: replying to incoming messages on WhatsApp. To do that efficiently I need a bank of ready-to-use reply templates in Indonesian that I can copy, paste, and personalise on the fly.
What I’m after
• A well-structured collection of short, natural-sounding WhatsApp responses that cover common scenarios—first greeting, product or service questions, pricing, follow-up, closing, and polite “sorry, I can’t help” situations.
• Variations for both formal and friendly tones so I can match the customer’s style.
• Clear placeholders or brackets that show me exactly where to insert names, prices, dates, links, or other details.
• Tips on when to switch between the different templates and how to keep response times fast without sounding robotic.
Acceptance criteria
• Delivered as a single Google Doc (.docx is fine) organised by category with a table of contents for quick reference.
• Every template must be in Bahasa Indonesia, error-free, and no longer than three short lines unless extra detail is essential.
• At least 40 distinct replies overall, including a minimum of five alternatives for each key scenario (greeting, pricing, confirmation, delay, closing).
If you’ve created chat scripts or customer-service playbooks before, feel free to mention examples—otherwise I’ll decide based on how clear, concise, and adaptable your draft templates look in the first sample.
