Tender Document Layout & Visuals

Our 24-page government tender needs to move from “plain MS Word” to a professional, clean layout with strategic white space. I have three intensive working windows—Sat 2 / Sun 3 May for initial brainstorming, Mon night for the first full layout pass, and Tue for a quick iteration before final submission on Wed 6 May. Roughly 10 hours total feels right, but I’ll rely on your flexibility as last-minute decisions roll in.

Visual aids I know we’ll need:
• Graphs and charts that present data clearly
• Infographics to summarise key processes
• Simple illustrations where they add clarity
• Guidance on photos we can take (or other assets we should supply)

Everything must align with a professional yet airy aesthetic—think formal but not crowded, with plenty of breathing room around the content.

Core flow:
– Collaborative brainstorm to map out which pages need which visuals.
– You create the graphics we agree on while I generate text and supply raw data/images.
– Full document layout Monday night (InDesign, Illustrator, or your preferred suite).
– Quick polish round Tuesday once final wording lands.

Deliverables:
Print-ready and editable file of the 24-page tender (PDF + source).
