I run a fitness-focused YouTube channel that blends follow-along workout routines, practical nutrition tips, and short informative explainers. I’m looking for a results-oriented marketer who can raise the visibility of these videos and attract an engaged audience that genuinely cares about fitness.
Scope of work
• Analyse my current channel analytics to identify high-potential keywords and viewer segments.
• Develop a promotion roadmap covering at least the next four uploads, outlining thumbnail tweaks, optimal posting times, and suggested cross-platform hooks.
• Execute a strategic distribution plan—think social media fitness groups, relevant forums, and outreach to micro-influencers or niche blogs—aimed at driving both views and subscriber growth.
• Provide weekly performance snapshots (impressions, click-through rate, average view duration, subscriber gain) and a short insight on what to refine.
Success looks like sustained increases in organic views, longer watch times, and a noticeable uptick in real subscribers who interact in the comments.
