Social Media Strategist & Marketer for Growing Digital Agency (Hourly)

We’re a small but growing digital marketing agency looking to hire a skilled Social Media Strategist and Marketer to help manage and grow our clients’ social media accounts. You’ll be responsible for developing content strategies, improving engagement, and driving measurable growth across multiple brands.
This role requires creativity, strong communication, and proven experience in social media growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies for multiple client accounts
- Create content calendars, captions, and post schedules
- Monitor performance and provide growth insights
- Stay up to date with current trends and algorithm changes
- Communicate effectively with me and our internal team
Requirements:
- Fluent, professional-level English (both written and spoken)
- Proven track record managing and growing real social media accounts (please share results or metrics)
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Experience with content planning and analytics tools
- ****Must share a portfolio or examples of client work ****
- Hourly position — must use time tracker (timer app)
