Position Overview (Job Description)
We are seeking a Senior Content Operations Manager to lead the execution, management, and optimization of content across multiple channels.
This role owns the full lifecycle of content, including:
Intake and briefing
Production and delivery
Storage and organization
Optimization and reuse
This is a hands-on + strategic role, combining execution with system-building to support scalable content operations.

1. Full Content Lifecycle Management
Manage end-to-end content lifecycle:
Intake → briefing → production → delivery → optimization → archiving
Ensure content is structured for:

2. Content Strategy & Execution
Translate marketing and campaign inputs into:
Creative briefs
Production plans
Oversee execution across:
Social content

Campaign assets
3. Omnichannel Content Management
Ensure content aligns across:
Channels
Campaigns
Brand messaging
Implement tagging, metadata, and taxonomy systems
Support content distribution across multiple platforms
4. Creative Production & Asset Management
Manage production of:
Copy
Design assets
Video content
Oversee revisions, approvals, and final delivery
Ensure quality and consistency
5. Vendor & Freelancer Management
Source and manage external partners:
Copywriters
Designers
Video editors
Ensure delivery quality, timelines, and consistency
6. Content Operations & Process Optimization
Manage workflows, timelines, and dependencies
Improve SOPs and content systems
Optimize content organization and storage
