Budget: $10 – $20 USD
We run an educational-focused YouTube channel and we are ready to move beyond gradual growth into a data-driven, repeatable expansion plan. My core objectives are clear: lift overall views, extend average watch-time, add new subscribers at a healthy rate, and spark more meaningful engagement under each video.
What’s in place so far
– Every upload is already keyword-targeted (TubeBuddy & manual SEO).
– Clips are shared across X, LinkedIn and Instagram Reels.
– I arrange occasional collabs with creators in adjacent niches.
That groundwork helped, but I need a specialist who can audit the channel end-to-end and build a refined growth roadmap tailored to educational content. I’m especially interested in fresh ideas around retention hooks, playlist structure for binge-watching, CTR-boosting thumbnail concepts, and systematic community prompts to drive comments & shares.
Deliverables I’d like to see:
• Detailed channel audit with priority fixes and quick wins
• 90-day growth strategy covering content calendar, SEO angles, thumbnail/Title frameworks, and promotion schedule
• Template-driven SOPs I can reuse for future uploads (metadata checklist, A/B test plan, engagement prompts)
• Weekly or bi-weekly performance tracker so we can measure impact on views, watch time, subscriber velocity, and engagement KPIs
Tools such as VidIQ, TubeBuddy, Google Analytics, or any preferred data platform are welcome—just outline how you’ll apply them. If you have case studies showing significant growth for educational channels, that would be a plus.
