SEO Specialist for IT Training Website

We are ETLHive, a professional IT training institute providing multiple career-oriented courses for working professionals and students from IT and non-IT backgrounds (Data Science, Data Analytics, Power BI, AWS, Python, Full Stack Data Analytics, etc.).
We are looking to hire an experienced SEO freelancer to support us in the re-development and optimization of our official website.
Our Goal:
To improve the website’s visibility, user experience, and lead generation through strategic SEO implementation during and after redevelopment.
Scope of Work:
Conduct a complete SEO audit of the existing website.
Suggest improvements for site structure, navigation, and internal linking.
Implement on-page SEO optimization (meta titles, descriptions, headers, keywords, image tags, etc.).
Recommend and execute technical SEO fixes (site speed, mobile optimization, broken links, sitemap, etc.).
Plan a keyword strategy aligned with our key courses and audience demographics.
Build an off-page SEO plan (backlinks, directory submissions, etc.) to boost authority.
Coordinate with our development team to ensure all SEO guidelines are applied during redevelopment.
Requirements:
Proven experience in SEO for educational/training institutes (preferred).
Knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and related tools.
Strong understanding of website architecture, content strategy, and ranking algorithms.
Ability to deliver measurable results in rankings, traffic, and conversions.
Deliverables:
Detailed SEO audit and implementation report.
Optimized site ready for relaunch.
Monthly performance tracking reports (optional for ongoing work).
