Reddit Growth Specialist Needed
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
We are seeking an experienced and discreet Reddit Community Manager to establish and aggressively grow our brand presence on the platform.
Our company, Catalyx Space, offers the fastest and most affordable way to deploy experiments and manufacture in orbit, much like launching an app to AWS. We provide autonomous space labs and reusable capsules to take customer ideas to space and safely bring them back.
The ideal candidate deeply understands the Reddit ecosystem, including cultural nuances, best practices for organic growth, and the importance of Karma/Account Authority. This is a project-based role with the potential for a long-term contract.

Key Objectives & Deliverables
The primary goal is to create a credible, high-authority brand presence on Reddit for organic posting and/or paid campaigns.
Account Setup & Credibility (Initial Priority):
Option 1 (Management): Create and manage a new account, building its Karma (post and comment) organically through authentic engagement in relevant subreddits (e.g., r/space, r/manufacturing, r/startups).
Option 2 (Acquisition): Source and provide a reputable, aged Reddit account with high Karma (minimum 1,000+ is a plus) for us to use immediately for company posting. Please specify your ability to deliver this.
Community Management & Organic Growth:
Develop and execute a content strategy focused on providing genuine value related to space technology, manufacturing, and entrepreneurship, not direct promotion.
Consistently post, manage discussions, and monitor relevant subreddits to increase the account's authority and organic reach.
Reddit Advertising Management (Optional/Phase 2):
Experience planning, launching, and optimizing Reddit Ad Campaigns targeting specific subreddits and user demographics.
Required Skills & Experience
Proven Reddit Authority: Must demonstrate a deep understanding of Reddit culture and rules, with a clear focus on ethical, non-spam promotion.
Niche Knowledge: Familiarity with the space-tech, manufacturing, or deep-tech startup communities on Reddit.
Karma Building: Proven ability to build high-karma, authentic accounts quickly and ethically.
Discretion: Ability to manage our brand presence professionally and maintain credibility.
