I am looking for a freelance webmaster for my newly established, small local psychotherapy practice.
I need someone who can help me finalize and optimize my WordPress website built with DIVI – and at the same time think strategically about visibility, automation, and local growth.
My practice is personal, professionally grounded, and focused on addiction, substance abuse, ADHD, and support for relatives. Therefore, I am looking for a collaborator who understands the technical side – but who can also work with a calm, professional, and trust-building visual expression.
I need help with:
Finalizing and structuring my WordPress DIVI website, including optimizing pages, layout, CTAs, and conversion flow.
Technical setup and fine-tuning to ensure the site is professional, fast, and mobile-optimized.
SEO and local ranking with focus on my local areas – including keyword research, content optimization, metadata, site structure, and Google Business Profile optimization.
Integration and automation of social media using AI – for example, planning and publishing posts, repurposing website content to Facebook/LinkedIn, and building a simple and effective content strategy.
Setup of newsletters, lead magnets, and possibly simple funnels, so my website becomes more than just a digital business card – but an active part of my business growth.
I am looking for a freelancer who can work independently, bring ideas to the table, and take responsibility for the process – while collaborating closely with me on content and direction.
It is important to me that we work in a structured way, but at a pace that fits a small and growing practice. The budget is realistic, though not at agency level.
