Online content for criminal investigation

This is a unique project that involves taking content (supplied by me) and using it to create a cohesive & compelling website (or other online platform-I'm open to suggestions) where I can ask for the public's assistance with solving an ongoing crime. In addition to creating the online platform, I will need assistance with editing/structuring the content so that it flows well and captures the public's attention (including possible media outlets).
