Looking for a project manager to help me follow up on my online projects

I have many web projects pending that I can't finish because I don't have the time to prepare them. I need a professional with web design, copywriting, search engine optimization, content management, and social media knowledge who can gather information for and from me and coordinate this with my programmers.

My starting priorities are:

Finish my website.
Set the starting content of 3 social media accounts (Facebook fan page, Instagram, Youtube).

I need this professional to have quick online meetings with me, take note of how I want what I want, and then take care of it for me.

Take notes, gather content, and hire other professionals (not from their team).

Previous experience is absolutely needed.
