I have a complete set of frameworks, concepts, life lessons, and transformation systems built from my lived experience (incarceration, identity rebuild, high-pressure environments, and business success).
I do not need someone to create content.
The content is done.
I need a high-level instructional designer to take what I’ve already built and turn it into:
1. A clean, simple, easy-to-teach 10-week program
2. A structured facilitator guide
3. A simple, user-friendly participant workbook
This must be professional, clear, and presentation-ready for both corporate and youth settings.
No overcomplication.
No academic fluff.
Just strong structure, flow, and clarity.
