About Us:
We are relaunching FINTUBHAI – India’s first Finance + Comedy education series based in Mumbai.
The channel previously achieved monetization + 1,000+ subscribers, and we are now planning a full revival and long-term scale-up with high-quality production (TV serial director + finance industry expert involved).
Now we need a YouTube Growth Strategist who can take charge of YouTube SEO, titles, thumbnails strategy, analytics, and overall channel growth.
Who We Are Looking For:
A part-time YouTube expert (freelancer) who:
Has grown at least one YouTube channel from 0 → 20k+ OR
worked with 1–3 active YouTube creators
Understands Indian audience + Hindi content
Knows finance, education, comedy, or infotainment niche
Strong understanding of:
CTR, retention, watch-time growth
Title + thumbnail psychology
Shorts/Reels strategy
YouTube Studio analytics
Competitive analysis
Trend-jacking & topic research
Scope of Work (Weekly / Monthly):
1. YouTube Channel Strategy
Video titles (3–5 options each)
Thumbnail concepts + guidance to designer
Topic research & competitive analysis
Weekly content calendar
Shorts ideas from long videos
2. SEO & Upload Management
SEO-optimized description, tags, chapters
Scheduling uploads
Playlist structure, end screens & cards optimization
3. Growth & Analytics
Weekly analytics report
CTR optimization
A/B testing titles/thumbnails
Retention graph analysis
Recommendations for topic selection
4. Social Media Coordination (Optional)
Shorts/Reels distribution on Instagram, FB, YT
Trending content ideas
Basic engagement strategy
Requirements:
Proven experience managing/optimizing YouTube channels
Ability to work with Hindi-language content
Creative thinking + strong understanding of YouTube algorithm
Basic knowledge of finance content is a plus
Available 4–8 hours per week
Fast communication + deadline-driven
Payment Model:
We are open to either:
Monthly Retainer: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 (dependent on experience)
Performance Bonus: Based on monthly view growth / CTR / watch hours
Per-video pricing: Optional if you prefer
(NO equity required, NO open-ended revenue share — long-term stable contract available after 3 months.)
