Helpjuice Knowledge Base Site Manager

Job ID: 39836702

Budget: $750 – $1,500 CAD

I need an experienced Helpjuice pro to own day-to-day governance of our public knowledge base. My priority is to keep every article consistent, accurate, and easy to navigate, so experience in knowledge management, content governance, and technical writing is essential.

Here’s what the job looks like in practice:

• Enforce the editorial standards we already have in place and refine them when gaps appear.
• Control taxonomy—categories, tags, keywords, and aliases—so search results stay relevant and duplicate topics don’t creep in.
• Maintain a uniform style, layout, and formatting across hundreds of existing and future articles.
• Act as the final gatekeeper before anything goes live, ensuring tone, structure, and visuals feel cohesive.
• Regularly audit the library to catch outdated or conflicting content and coordinate edits with article owners.

Success means our Helpjuice site feels like a single, well-designed manual instead of a patchwork of individual posts. I’ll provide access to the current repository, brand guidelines, and a backlog of articles awaiting review. Your deliverables are the updated live articles plus a brief weekly report summarizing what was published, rejected, or queued for revision.

If you have a track record of setting up or running structured knowledge bases and can demonstrate tight editorial control in Helpjuice, let’s talk.
