Fix Google Policy Suspension

Job ID: 40497875

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

My store https://ondasdeour.com runs on the Salla platform (a closed Arabic e-commerce system). Google Merchant Center approves every feed I send, yet as soon as I connect the catalogue to Google Ads the entire account is suspended after roughly 72 hours for “misleading description”. I have already:

• verified domain ownership and business identity with Google;
• watched the suspension cycle repeat more than twenty times;
• confirmed that Google flags every single product, not just one or two.

Because this is a Salla-hosted site, I am looking only for someone who has already lifted the same “misleading description” policy violation on another Salla store. I am open to restructuring the feed, rewriting content, changing GTIN data, moving to a fresh domain, or any other proven remedy you recommend—what matters is getting the suspension removed and keeping it cleared.

Deliverables I expect
1. Diagnosis explaining the exact trigger of the misleading-description flag.
2. Step-by-step fixes applied (content edits, feed settings, policy appeals, etc.).
3. Confirmation from Google Merchant Center / Google Ads that the account is restored and remains compliant for at least one full week.
4. Brief preventive guideline so I can avoid future suspensions.

Please share the Salla project where you previously solved this issue and outline the approach you used. Arabic is the site’s primary language and the business operates in Saudi Arabia, so local policy nuances may apply.
