– Set up basic analytics tracking so we can see follower growth, watch-time and conversion to other platforms.

• Quick-start Guide
– A concise, step-by-step checklist we can follow after delivery, plus two weeks of Q&A support while we implement the plan.

Acceptance criteria: the audit, 30-day calendar, hook/caption pack, and implementation guide are all delivered in editable documents, and our next month’s TikTok posts average noticeably higher views than the current baseline.
