I run an education-centred YouTube channel that blends school level, higher-ed deep dives, and professional up-skilling tutorials. The content is solid, the audience is growing, but I still need to clear the platform’s 4 000 public watch-hours threshold so the channel qualifies for the YouTube Partner Program.

I’m looking for a proven, fully compliant strategy—think SEO-smart titles and thumbnails, playlist structuring, community engagement pushes, and external traffic funnels—that delivers genuine viewing time from real people. No bots, fake views, or policy-grey tactics; this must remain 100 % within YouTube’s guidelines.

Deliverables (acceptance criteria):
• Channel analytics must show at least 4 000 public watch hours within the current 12-month window.
• Growth must be sustainable; watch-hour gains should not drop off once the campaign ends.
• A brief wrap-up report outlining what was done and why, so I can replicate the process going forward.
