-Creating engaging Reels
-Editing footage (Visual effects, sound editing, color correction/grading)
-Storytelling
-Creating Thumbnails and graphics
-You have a portfolio of past work and references who can back you up (must)

Social Media Management (big bonus!)
-Posting content on various platforms
-Experience with content management tools (like Hootsuite)
-Eye for engaging and high-performing content
-Trend awareness
-Community management

Virtual Assistance (friendly to have)
-Project management
-Supporting founders / Management in various tasks
-HR recruiting experience
-Calendar management
-Customer support experience
