We’re looking for a Value Funnel architect and manager who understands how to build content-driven funnels that grow social media generated audiences, warm leads through follow up - especially email, and convert them into booked quotes, calls, and paying customers.
-Can build content → retargeting → email funnel systems
-Write persuasive copy across social posts, ads, and email
-Use AI tools for content creation, ideation, and speed
-Understand how to grow followers with intent to convert
-Understand how to pin-point what's most important to the clients target avatar and how to create educational or entertainment value that turn lukewarm leads or followers into piping hot, paying customers
-Have experience with construction or trades businesses
(Australia, New Zealand, or the US preferred)
Responsibilities
-Social media strategy & content planning (2–3 platforms)
-Copywriting for posts, captions, hooks, and CTAs
-Funnel and retargeting strategy to convert attention into leads
-Email marketing & automation (GHL or similar)
-Collaborating with media buyers and internal team members
Compensation (Per Client)
$400 AUD — Initial research, strategy, and funnel setup (if needed)
$250 AUD / month — Social media management + content & copy
$150 AUD / month — Email marketing & funnel management
*Performance & management bonuses available for the right person who helps improve team output & results
