We are an early-stage startup looking for a creative freelancer who can help us build high-quality marketing content, advertising creatives, and product videos.

We are looking for someone who can think beyond editing and contribute to storytelling, creative direction, and content strategy.

## Responsibilities

### Video Content

* Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad creatives
* Google App Campaign videos
* Instagram Reels
* YouTube Shorts
* Product walkthrough videos
* Feature launch videos
* Promotional videos

### Creative Design

* Social media creatives
* Marketing banners
* Campaign assets
* Product launch creatives
* App store assets and screenshots

### Content Ideation

* Develop content concepts and hooks
* Create engaging short-form content
* Translate product features into compelling stories
* Contribute creative ideas for growth campaigns

## Skills Required

* Strong video editing skills
* Experience creating short-form content for social media
* Understanding of performance marketing creatives
* Ability to create compelling hooks and storytelling-driven content
* Familiarity with:

* CapCut
* Adobe Premiere Pro
* After Effects
* Canva
* Figma

### Bonus Skills

* Experience working with consumer mobile apps
* Product marketing experience
* Motion graphics
* Familiarity with AI tools such as Runway, Veo, Kling, Midjourney, Ideogram, and ChatGPT

## What We're Looking For

Someone who can:

* Understand a product quickly
* Turn ideas into engaging content
* Create ad creatives that drive installs and engagement
* Work independently with minimal supervision
* Collaborate closely with founders

## Paid Trial

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete a paid trial project involving:

* One ad creative
* One short-form social video
* One product walkthrough video

This can evolve into a long-term freelance engagement based on performance.

### Language Requirement

**Required:**

* Fluent spoken and written Telugu
* Ability to create or adapt content for Telugu-speaking audiences

**Preferred:**

* Experience creating Telugu social media content
* Understanding of Telugu audience behavior across Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook
