Spanish YouTube Growth Campaign

I’m looking for an experienced freelancer to help promote my YouTube video to Spanish-speaking audiences. The goal is to increase real views, watch time, and engagement from countries such as Spain, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, Chile, and other Spanish-speaking regions.
This is not about bots or fake views. I’m only interested in organic, real promotion strategies that follow YouTube’s policies.
Scope of Work:
The freelancer will be responsible for promoting one YouTube video using effective and ethical methods, which may include YouTube SEO, community sharing, relevant social media promotion, audience targeting, or paid promotion strategies (if applicable).
Requirements:
