We need great content (visual and written) for our media / social platforms (Website, FB, Youtube) and email marketing newsletters
Yes we want to to create more brand awareness , but what we really want is to drive traffic to our website to get more people to enrol / enquire (submit our contact form ) about hosting our students https://www.goldil.com.au/hosting-contact-us
We arrange educational short term student exchange tours to Australia for Japanese high schools students. The students stay with a host family. Our aim is to build our host family community in Perth, Australia. However we are NOT a homestay provider so we aren't seeking 'semi professional host families who host for $$)
Our target audience is different and niche. No one is actively seeking our services on google, people become interested because the story we tell resonates and because they hear great experiences from friends (word of mouth) Our audience are families who want to have the opportunity to have their kids meet and interact with a student from Japan, learn about another culture. They are open minded, often well travelled, curious, friendly, outgoing and almost always the female parent makes contact and then decides. We have a huge library of testimonials (see our FB page) images (both from us and from hosts), videos (see YouTube page) and plenty of great ideas on how we want to tell our story and BUILD our community.
