Social Media Marketing Manager Needed
Budget: $750 – $1,500 CAD
I’m ready to hand over my day-to-day social media so the business can finally show up consistently and strategically online. Facebook and Instagram are non-negotiable starting points, yet I’m happy to expand into any other platform you believe will move the needle.
The mission is threefold: grow brand awareness, convert attention into real leads and sales, and keep existing customers talking back to us. To get there I’ll need a steady mix of promotional announcements, educational nuggets, user-generated spotlights, and any fresh angles you can recommend.
Here’s how I picture our collaboration:
• Strategy – audit what I have (or don’t), define target personas, map a content calendar, and set realistic KPIs for reach, engagement, and conversions.
• Content production – write copy, source or create visuals/video, schedule posts, and keep everything on-brand.
• Community management – respond to comments and messages in a timely, friendly tone, and spark conversations that matter.
• Reporting – deliver concise weekly metrics with insights and action steps, not just numbers.
You’ll have the freedom to use tools you’re comfortable with—whether that’s Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Later, Canva, or Adobe Creative Cloud—as long as the workflow is transparent and I can peek in when necessary.
Acceptance criteria:
1. Approved monthly content calendar with placeholders two weeks before the month starts.
2. Minimum posting cadence of 4× per week per active platform.
3. Weekly report summarizing reach, engagement, click-throughs, and lead captures, plus next steps.
If you can blend creativity with data-driven thinking and feel confident owning these outcomes, let’s talk and get the first calendar underway.
