I need a partner to translate this visionary product—which offers features like Styled PDF creation, Personalised Branding (including company logos), and History with status tracking—into a compelling digital presence.
Project Goal: Accounts and Launch Campaign Setup (2–4 Weeks)
The primary goal of this contract is a comprehensive 2–4 week setup job to deliver all necessary assets, templates, and a clear strategy to launch Estimo AI to our target audience.
If this initial setup is successful and aligns with the website's performance, I am absolutely open to a long-term, ongoing collaboration.
Channels to Set Up and Strategize
We need robust profiles and content strategies for the channels where our professional users spend their time, at least:
• Instagram: Focusing on visual tips, quick wins, and the human side of our "approachable AI assistant vibe."
• YouTube: Strategy for housing full demo videos (showing how the AI generates a quote in seconds using text or voice input), plus a high-volume strategy for short-form content (Shorts) to maximize reach.
• LinkedIn: Positioning Estimo AI as a professional tool that offers a competitive advantage and provides AI-Powered Advice and smart suggestions to make estimates clearer and more persuasive.
Content Style and Tone
We are seeking a content style that speaks directly to the working professional, blending efficiency with approachability:
• Tone: We want a voice that is Professional but friendly. We need to convey the serious benefits (time saved, professionalism) while maintaining a Playful and human energy that reflects the approachable AI assistant vibe.
• Key Message Focus: Content should highlight how Estimo AI saves "hours of work", allows users to review and edit any part instantly (always keeping the user in control), and enables creation of a clean branded look.
Required Deliverables (Must Be Included)
Your successful completion of this project must include the following assets, designed for immediate implementation:
1. Foundational Brand Kit:
◦ Defined color palette, fonts, and guidelines for logo use.
◦ Tagline style guide that resonates with our value proposition (speed, efficiency, professionalism).
