I need an engaging social media advertising campaign to be instigated and managed for my stone-built country cottage on the Peak District boundary, which is on sale via a local estate agent and on-line portals. The target audience for this campaign is in London, which is just two hours away by train.

Requirements:
- Platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc
- Content: Compelling posts which are life-style orientated.
- Highlight key selling points: In a beautiful woodland location, no chain, previously rented for £1100 pcm, ideal for holidays, all amenities within walking distance including 4 characterful public houses.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in real estate social media marketing
- Persuasive copy writing skills
- Familiarity with the London market and audience.
- Ability to create engaging, shareable content that attracts potential buyers.
- Results orientated.
- Access to accounts with proven reach and engagement where the desired interest can be generated.
