Service Website Development & SEO Setup

My project is japan forwarder or proxy, similar to buyee and buyfromjapan.

I'm seeking an experienced web designer who specializes in creating service-oriented websites optimized for SEO.

A few big points as below :
1 ) main page
- show audience our service
- educate and expose them about japanese online market
- show a few example of platform to purchase ( yahoo auction , mercari etc )

2 ) how to page
- easy graphic design for audience to understand the flow of purchase

3 ) inquiry form page
- audience try to inquiry dan admin will reply their inquiry by email

Key tasks will include:
- Creating a robust and user-friendly website based around my services.
- Optimizing the website's SEO to reach my primary target audience: businesses.

Ideally, the freelancer would have:
- Proven experience in web design and SEO optimization.
