Sales-Phase Marketing & Launch Coordination

Job ID: 39995251

Budget: $2 – $8 USD

I need a single point of support who can take our upcoming product from concept to post-launch follow-through.

The first priority is to map out practical, phase-specific marketing plans—pre-launch buzz, launch-day momentum, then post-launch nurture and retention. From there, you will translate each plan into actionable campaigns: writing or briefing social posts, blog pieces, and email sequences, then liaising with our in-house media team so graphics, video, and ad units go live on schedule. Familiarity with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Canva, or Mailchimp will help you hit the ground running.

Budget stewardship is critical. I’ll share monthly ad allocations; your job is to track spend, tweak targeting, and improve lead quality so we see measurable gains in cost per lead and conversion.

Finally, there’s an events arm. You’ll assist our team in setting up product launch days, private investor seminars, and any satellite activities that support the campaign timeline—venue research, guest list management, promotional materials, on-site coordination.

Minimum requirement is one year of hands-on marketing experience. If you already create ads or content yourself, all the better. The role demands proactive communication and calm execution even when timelines tighten.

Deliverables
• Written marketing plan for each sales phase
• 90-day content calendar with copy drafts and asset briefs
• Weekly ad budget and performance reports
• Event logistics checklist and post-event summary

Acceptance criteria: plans must be specific, executable, and aligned to our brand guidelines; ad reports must include spend, CPL, and optimisation notes; events must run to schedule without budget overruns.

If this sounds like your wheelhouse, I’m ready to start immediately.
