SEO Link Builder for Real Estate Company

We are a high-performing real estate investment company. We’re scaling our organic lead generation and looking for a strategic link builder who knows how to secure high-quality backlinks.

Job Description:

Secure high-authority, contextually relevant backlinks that improve our rankings in local search and increase site authority. You’ll work directly with our internal team and support our content efforts.

Tasks:

-Perform link gap and backlink audits using Ahrefs or Semrush
-Build prospect lists of journalists, bloggers, real estate websites, other relevant sites
-Earn quality links through guest posting, HARO, various sources of marketing, or community PR
-Track and report earned links weekly

Ideal Skills & Experience:

-Strong understanding of quality link building (PR, guest posts, digital assets)
-Experience in U.S. local SEO
-Bonus: Experience in real estate/cash home buyer niche or service-based business
-Proficient in tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, BuzzStream, Pitchbox, Hunter.io, BrightLocal, Whitespark, HARO, BuzzSumo, etc
-Ability to create linkable assets or coordinate with writers
- Knowledge of AI visibility and importance of seed site links

What We’re Looking For:

-Backlinks from high DA/DR sites (50+ where possible)
-A mix of evergreen content and timely campaigns
-Creative ideas that make real estate interesting to publishers
