The site already has solid on-page fundamentals, so I’m looking for someone who can push things further with deep keyword research tailored to multiple regions, technically sound optimization, and authoritative link-building that respects current Google and Bing guidelines. Clear, data-driven progress tracking is essential—weekly keyword movement, crawl health updates, and a concise monthly report that ties traffic growth back to the actions taken.

Acceptance criteria
• Noticeable uptick in organic sessions from domestic and non-domestic locations within the first two months
• Top-20 rankings for an agreed set of high-intent international keywords by the end of month three
• Transparent report packets delivered on schedule, including raw data exports
