Remote Content & Marketing Manager Needed

Job ID: 40558345

Budget: $15 – $25 USD

Here's the job post — written for a hands-on Content & Marketing Manager, fully remote, execution-focused with room to grow.
A couple of things I need you to fill in before posting are marked in brackets: [salary range] and [how to apply]. I'd strongly encourage including the salary range — posts with a range get significantly more qualified applicants, and several states require it for remote roles anyway. I left it as a placeholder rather than guess, since comp is yours to set.

About Sharp Archive
Sharp Archive is a compliance archiving platform for regulated organizations — financial firms, government agencies, schools, and law enforcement. We capture communications across 23+ platforms (email, social, text, web) and review 100% of them with AI, so our customers can meet their recordkeeping obligations without the bloated pricing and dated software that defines the rest of the category. We're growing fast, and marketing is a big part of why.
The role
We're looking for a hands-on Content & Marketing Manager to own the day-to-day of our content and outbound marketing. This is a doing role, not a strategy-only one — you'll be writing the posts, building the campaigns, and hitting publish, not handing work to a team. (As we grow, there's room for this role to grow with it, including bringing on help.)
You'll own three areas:
Social media. Plan, write, schedule, and manage our posts across LinkedIn, X, Facebook, and other channels. Keep a consistent voice, a full content calendar, and steady engagement.
Blog & content. Own our blog end to end — plan the calendar, write or commission posts, edit for quality and voice, and publish. Our audience is compliance officers and operators at regulated firms, so clear, credible, jargon-free writing matters more than clever.
Email marketing. Build and run email campaigns in GoHighLevel to our list of 24,000+ contacts (and growing). Segment the list, write the emails, set up the sends, and track what's working. Experience with GoHighLevel (or a similar platform like HubSpot, Mailchimp, or ActiveCampaign) is a big plus.
You might be a fit if you

Have 3+ years running content and email marketing, ideally for a B2B or SaaS company.
Are a genuinely strong writer who can explain complicated things simply.
Are comfortable owning execution independently — you're organized, self-directed, and you ship.
Know your way around email marketing platforms and can build a campaign from list segment to send to reporting.
Care about getting the details right, especially with a compliance-focused audience where accuracy builds trust.
