WP RSS Feed Optimization

I’m running my site on WordPress and already hold an Elite-tier licence for WP Aggregator. What I now need is a focused optimisation of my RSS feeds so they actively drive more visitors back to the site.

Here is what matters most to me:
• Traffic growth is the primary KPI. Every change you make should be justified by how it can attract fresh clicks and repeat visits.
• Within WP Aggregator I want the feeds updating as frequently as the plugin and hosting resources sensibly allow, since keeping the stream current is the key to the traffic lift I’m after.
• All posts should be treated equally; I’m not singling out any category or topic for special treatment.

Please leverage every relevant feature available in my Elite subscription—keyword filtering, feed imports, cron scheduling, and any performance tweaks—to achieve these goals.

At the end I expect:
1. An optimised, fully tested RSS configuration live on the site.
2. A brief walkthrough or screencast that shows where settings were adjusted so I can handle future tweaks myself.
