I am the creator of AuthorOS, an AI-driven publishing studio that automates the pipeline from an initial idea to a finished, published book. I am looking for a results-oriented Outreach Specialist to get this product covered by relevant newsletters, tech blogs, and creator-economy publications.
I am not looking for SEO, backlink building, or generic social media marketing. I need a "Digital PR" approach focused on high-quality placements and "Tool of the Week" features.
Your Responsibilities:
Research: Identify 50–100 high-signal newsletters and blogs (AI tools, Indie Publishing, SaaS, and Creator Economy).
Pitching: Craft personalized, high-conviction pitches that focus on the workflow utility of AuthorOS, not just "AI hype."
Management: Handle all follow-ups and coordination with editors asynchronously.
Tracking: Maintain a transparent sheet of all outreach efforts and status updates.
Requirements:
Proven track record of getting SaaS or AI products featured in newsletters (e.g., TLDR, Ben’s Bites, or niche industry digests).
Ability to understand a technical product and explain its "mechanics" simply.
Strong English communication skills.
Self-managed and comfortable working asynchronously (I value clear documentation over frequent meetings).
