Optimise my LinkedIn profile

I'm looking for an experienced professional to help me improve my LinkedIn profile. Specifically, I want someone to create a strategic profile that will get the results I need. This requires expertise in crafting an effective profile, in addition to writing the right keywords and phrases that stand out to prospective employers. I don't have a current CV or resume so the freelancer would need to create this from scratch. I'm open to suggestions and would like to work closely with the freelancer to ensure a successful outcome.
