* 20 Article/Medium/Content Sharing Submissions
* 30 Pinterest Pin Submissions
* 15 PDF/Document Sharing Submissions
* 15 Social Bookmarking Submissions
* 10 Resource Page / Community Submissions
* Competitor Backlink Replication (where applicable)
* Weekly Work Report
* Monthly Backlink Report (Excel/Google Sheet)

## Requirements

* Manual white-hat SEO only
* No spam backlinks
* No automated software or AI-generated backlink submissions
* No PBNs, link farms, or black-hat SEO techniques
* Backlinks must come from relevant, indexed, and quality websites
* All work must comply with Google's SEO guidelines
