LinkedIn Lead-Gen Strategy and Posts
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
What I need:
A content strategist + copywriter to build my personal LinkedIn brand and attract inbound leads — founders and hiring managers in iGaming, crypto, payments, and GameDev.
About me:
BDM at a recruitment agency focused on high-risk verticals. Not positioning myself as a “recruitment guru” — a real personal brand: warm, light, occasionally personal. Mix of agency cases, market observations, industry insights. Long-term play: this brand stays with me wherever I go.
Target audience:
Founders, CEOs, CHROs in iGaming, crypto, high-risk payments, GameDev — people who struggle with hiring and might need a recruitment partner.
The job:
1. 1-month content strategy — positioning, 3–4 content pillars, posting calendar
2. 20 content pieces (5/week × 4 weeks) — mix of formats: long-form posts, short punchy takes, screenshot-style content, AI-generated visuals, the occasional light humour. Not every piece needs to be a wall of text — variety is the point.
Important on tone: warm, clear, confident — not aggressive, not preachy. The overall feel should be a strong personal brand with a soft, assured energy. Engaging without trying too hard.
Each piece includes: format suggestion + visual idea + hashtags where relevant
Deliverable: content calendar + drafts in a doc or spreadsheet, ready after one round of feedback.
