LinkedIn Growth Specialist for Engineering Firm
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
We’re searching for an experienced freelancer who can:
Develop high-quality posts, blogs, and thought-leadership content aligned with engineering, construction, and infrastructure industries.
Grow our company page organically (no bots, no paid followers, no automation).
Demonstrate a solid understanding of or ability to research the South African market, including industry trends, public infrastructure projects, and professional audience dynamics.
Deliver a clear growth projection per month (e.g., estimated new followers, engagement rate, content reach).
Work independently and professionally — bids must be final. No negotiating after submission.
Deliverables
Monthly content calendar and posting schedule
Minimum 4–6 posts and 1 blog/article per month
Monthly analytics report showing:
Net follower increase
Engagement rate (% likes/comments/shares)
Top-performing post insights
