I’m looking for ongoing help refining LinkedIn presence so that every new connection is relevant and every post moves the needle on visibility within target market. Your role will centre on three core activities:
• Searching for new contacts that fit my partner profile and sending targeted connection requests.
• Adding those contacts to my network, then posting concise, value-driven notes in their profiles so I can remember why we connected and how to follow up.
• Posting regular updates, answering comments promptly and generally creating user impact on my profile so awareness of my expertise grows steadily within the right target group.
I will measure success by the quality and relevance of new contacts, growth in profile views, and the engagement rate on our updates. If you have a track record of building audiences on LinkedIn through smart outreach and consistent, engaging content, I’d love to hear how you would approach the first month and what tools—Sales Navigator, native search filters, scheduling platforms—you prefer to use.
