Grow Patreon via Social Media Promotion
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
My Patreon hosts AI generated anime artwork. Right now I’m promoting it exclusively through posts on Pixiv, where I share samples that link back to the subscription page. It should be noted that my audience is mainly Asian, primarily Japanese, so it is in my interest to be able to expand into the European and American markets. The strategy I have used so far has generated steady growth, but I feel that it has been slowing down month by month. Even though the numbers continue to grow, I have to think about something for the future so that the business remains profitable. I would also like to mention that my page focuses mainly on a specific franchise, but the success I had with it allowed me to open another Patreon where I focus on other existing anime. I want a specialist who can audit what I’m currently doing, map out a data-driven promotion plan, then help me execute it. I am also interested in learning how I can make a name for myself through the most popular social networks (such as Facebook or X), as I have failed in my attempts to do so. The priorities are:
• Analyse my existing Pixiv posts and Patreon analytics to pinpoint why visitors hesitate to pledge.
• Identify additional adult-friendly channels—Facebook, X or others you trust—to broaden reach, and outline a posting schedule that avoids bans and shadow-bans.
• Draft copy, hashtags and image ratios optimised for each site, keeping my art style intact.
• Set measurable milestones: impressions, click-through rate, and, most importantly, new paying patrons.
