My multilingual summarization app is already live (Product Hunt launch complete) and packed with Multilingual OCR, extractive/abstractive summaries, custom prompts, speech-to-text, and text-to-speech. The next milestone is traction: 10,000 genuine new users plus 500 five-star ratings that include thoughtful, app-specific comments.
Scope
The entire push must come from educational forums—think university sub-reddits, ResearchGate discussions, academic Discords, and similar communities—through informative posts built around real case studies and success stories. No paid installs, bots, or incentivized review rings; organic only.
What needs to happen
• Identify high-traffic forums aligned with students, researchers, and academics.
• Plan and publish a series of engaging long-form posts that showcase concrete wins (e.g., “How a graduate thesis cut reading time by 40 % using the app”).
• Stay active in each thread, answer follow-up questions, and funnel readers to the App Store / Google Play via tagged links.
• Encourage happy users to leave honest, five-star feedback highlighting features they actually use.
• Track everything with UTM links, Firebase, and App Store Connect; send weekly KPI snapshots.
Acceptance criteria
• 10,000 new verified sign-ups reflected in my Firebase dashboard within 60 days.
• 500 fresh five-star reviews averaging 4.9+ and containing at least 15 words each.
• Source attribution showing 80 %+ traffic from forum links, not ads.
Deliverables include a content calendar, live URLs to every forum post, weekly performance reports, and a final wrap-up showing targets met. Hit the numbers earlier than planned and there’s room for a performance bonus.
