Community Engagement Specialist

Job ID: 39391049

Budget: €18 – €36 EUR

About Dosen
Dosen is a platform that helps organizations like Universities, Corporates, and Accelerators develop their members through two core experiences: Masterclass Training and Mentorship Programs. Our mission is to make structured growth accessible to every learner — whether they're a student, a founder, or an employee — by combining world-class content, gamified engagement, and human mentorship.
We’re a young, tight-knit team, backed by early customers we care deeply about. Now we’re looking for someone to own and grow our most valuable asset: our member communities.

Role location
As a start-up with a distributed workforce, you can work remotely or from a co-working space in your location. To ensure that you overlap with key team members and customer communities daily, you will be required to be available between 6am and 2pm ET (11am to 7pm GMT).

Job Description
You’ll be responsible for maximizing member activation and member success within our customer communities. That means growing how many members join our platform through each customer, and ensuring each one of them is engaged and achieving meaningful outcomes.

• In Masterclass Training, that’s lessons completed and leaderboard activity.
• In Mentorship, that’s messages sent, meetings booked, and goals achieved.

Primary responsibilities
· Onboard & Activate: Build and run onboarding processes that drive member signups and first successful actions
· Engage & Retain: Create campaigns (email, in-app, 1:1 nudges) to drive lesson completions, mentorship activity, and long-term participation
· Track & Report: Monitor member behaviour and success metrics; share insights internally and with customer stakeholders
· Systematize Success: Build a playbook of templates and scalable processes for activating communities across different orgs
· Be the Voice of the Member: Advocate for member needs and pain points with product, content, and ops
· Build Relationships: Serve as a trusted point of contact for key customer stakeholders and high-impact members

Why we’re excited about you
· Have 2–5 years experience in Community Management, Customer Success, Program Management, or similar roles
· Have worked in a B2B SaaS or B2B2C context (ideally in education, HR, or professional development)
· Are a builder at heart — you like to create systems, not just run them
· Are data-fluent — not a data scientist, but you know how to define, track, and react to the right metrics
· Are energized by members — you love solving for people, not just processes
· Thrive in fast-moving, ambiguity-friendly environments where you can shape the role as much as fulfill it
