Clinic Social Media Content Strategy
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I want to take our pediatric therapy clinic’s Facebook and Instagram feeds from “nice to have” to “must follow.” Each month you will map out a clear content calendar that blends clinic goals with timely themes—think back-to-school routines or summer regression reminders—while always keeping brand voice and values front and center.
Educational content is the priority. Parents come to us for trustworthy guidance, so every post should teach something useful and feel reassuring rather than sales-y. Because quick-scan visuals perform best with our audience, the core format will be well-designed graphics; captions and the occasional reel can support them, but the graphics carry the lesson.
The graphics need to rotate through these parent-focused topics:
• Early speech milestones
• Articulation development
• Language delays
• Feeding milestones
• Play milestones
• Autism information
What I need from you each month
• A content calendar that slots 12–16 posts into an intentional mix of educational, light promotional, and community pieces
• Original graphic designs for every educational post, sized correctly for IG and FB and delivered with editable source files
• Suggested captions and relevant hashtags that retain our friendly, expert tone
• One seasonal mini-campaign (3–4 posts) that ties a timely issue back to our services
• A simple performance report outlining what resonated and recommendations for the following month
Fluency in healthcare marketing, an eye for parent-centric messaging, and the ability to translate clinical concepts into warm, readable visuals are all essential. If this sounds like your sweet spot, let’s create content that parents will save, share, and trust.
