Client response, followups and ontent Marketing Officer Agent

Looking for someone who can help us build a system that uses mix of open-source LLM models and frontier models, customize our existing project management and crm to understand, classify and route to right task for human or for other role based agents.
Agents can be script based, rule based, simple code or can use AI/LLM to think and perform task(s) as appropriate.
Tasks can be performed by agents/humans as it's needed.
Tasks includes customer responses, tickets, code, content, followups, and other aspects too.
Task 1:
Week1:
To begin with we will do building agent that scrapes all information through all help articles, handmade content to be written to make knowledge on an existing software everything about it, using which client inquiries on email and tickets can be drafted, human edits and sends and based on ai frafts vs human sends and human scores and feedback AI gets knowledge fine-tune or prompt finetuned or both.
Week2:
On few events (no more than 10-12) voice calling to be done to clients to inform we received their ticket or inquiry via page x and talk naturally and schedule meeting or get them read our email or ticket response; and ai based calling also for followups in case clients don't respond back to tickets or emails.
Week3 and week4: observe, fine-tune on daily basis and make systems rock solid.
That's completion of first part.
Above week counts are expected. If someone takes more time, the work ultimately is the expected outcome we will need.

Task2 in month2:
Content planning, writing for social(fb page, profile, 4 to 6 groups, linkedin page, profile, 4 to 6 groups, our blog, 10-12 third party blogs, plan to scripts to final slides for webinars, seo, web pages,video plan to scripts, video shorts), plan to publish, anything it takes, fully seo management onpage and technical aspects so seo and geo/aeo done
Finding of several third party high quality websites or blogs, so that 4 articles gets published a month, and every quarter posting on third party gets 2x in quantity in net new target. So 1st month is 4, 2nd is 4, 3rd is 4, 4th to 6th month 8 per month, 7th to 9th month 12-16 a month, 10th to 12th about 24 to 32 a month. Reposting on old ones can part of strategy as addon. Finding target sites, outreach them, followup them, write draft, work on fine-tuning, prepare content, adds human touch, uses our notes and daily talks and ideas there, evolves along side, and follows strategy as instructed.
Someone who can work full time and give their best, not make me feel I am one of the many clients you got at a time, will be the right fit.
You apply only if you can listen me, brainstorm with me, think what could be 10x better that what I thought already , 10x the standards, and execute that in first and second task.
Get me what 100+ more things in each can be done so from that we prioritize things, and you can continue on this month on month.
Budget is 35k/mo + $100 I.e rs 9.5k for cursor or claudecode. I can pay you 45k lumpsum on goal accomplished approx every 3 to 5weeks as you complete and make something for me that I can use and start making roi.
For part work done, nothing can be paid.
45k/mo including cursor /claude costs. X 12 months = 5.40L is what I am putting as project budget.
Someone really able to make 12 successful things for me in 12 months, I will be happy to help with addon pay of 2L as well.
