We need someone who understands the UK property and business finance market and can attract genuinely motivated borrowers — not tyre-kickers.

Lead quality requirements
UK-based borrowers only (residential and commercial)
Minimum loan enquiries of £50,000+
Leads must include full contact details, loan amount, and purpose
Genuinely opted-in contacts with active, time-sensitive needs
Exclusive leads strongly preferred (not sold to multiple brokers)
Ideal candidate skills
Proven track record in financial services or property finance lead generation
Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, or SEO campaigns targeting UK borrowers
Understanding of bridging finance, development finance, and commercial lending products
Ability to build and optimise landing pages or lead capture funnels
GDPR-compliant data practices — a must
