Aviation SEO & Social Growth

Job ID: 40411558

Budget: £18 – £36 GBP

Our aviation business is ready for a full-scale search and social growth push and I’m prepared to hand over complete ownership of the SEO function to the right specialist. The prime objective is very clear: boost social media presence while growing qualified organic traffic and leads.

What you will steer
• A holistic SEO strategy that covers technical audits, keyword research, on-page refinement, link acquisition and ongoing content optimisation.
• An integrated social plan for the three platforms at the heart of our funnel: Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. Each channel must work in tandem with search to move prospects from awareness to inquiry.
• Continuous performance tracking through Google Analytics, Search Console and the toolset of your choice (SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.), translating insights into action without hand-holding.

Compensation model
This is a results-driven engagement: you receive 5 % of monthly net profit generated by the business, paid every month. After six months—and assuming demonstrable growth—that percentage increases. No caps are in place; the better we perform, the more you earn.

What I must see in your proposal
• Evidence of past wins in SEO (traffic and ranking data).
• Direct experience inside the aviation sector—private, training or commercial.
• A detailed project proposal outlining your first 90-day roadmap, projected KPIs, and the tool stack you plan to deploy.

Key deliverables and acceptance criteria
1. A 90-day action plan approved before kickoff.
2. Monthly SEO and social reports showing movements in visibility, engagement and lead volume.
3. Content briefs and post schedules delivered on time and aligned with aviation-specific search intent.
4. Measurable month-over-month growth that supports the profit-share model.

Autonomy, accountability and verifiable results are non-negotiable. If that describes your style, I’m looking forward to reviewing your proposal and seeing how you’ll take our aviation brand to new altitudes.
