Alternative Model & Subscriber Recruitment Campaign
Budget: $10 – $100 CAD
I need help expanding the roster of my content agency with fresh, alternative or otherwise unique models while simultaneously growing – and chatting with – a loyal subscriber base. The aesthetic I’m after is anything that stands out from the mainstream: tattoos, piercings, goth, cosplay, edgy fashion or other distinctive styles.
What I’d like you to do
– Scout on Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X, Reddit, niche forums or any other space where unconventional talent hangs out.
– Open genuine conversations, introduce the perks of joining my agency, answer their questions and guide each interested model through our onboarding steps.
– At the same time, drive new subscribers toward our paid channels and keep them engaged with friendly, on-brand chat that converts curiosity into long-term support.
Deliverables
• A live tracker (Google Sheet or similar) listing every model approached, their status and next actions.
• Daily or near-daily chat logs that show subscriber interaction and any upsells closed.
• A short weekly summary highlighting results, challenges, ideas and anything you need from me to keep momentum.
