Job Description: Reddit Growth Associates (contract)
We’re looking for Reddit Growth associated to execute high-quality, guideline-driven posting across relevant communities.
1. Adhere strictly to Reddit and subreddit-specific posting guidelines
2. Use the spreadsheets, content prompts, and resources provided by our team
3. Publish 2 thoughtful posts per day (target: 14 live posts/week per user without getting posts removed)
4. Focus on quality, relevance, and value-driven content, no bulk or automated posting
5. Ensure posts align with our core messaging while blending naturally into each community
6. Identify the right subreddits and tailor tone/content accordingly
7. Engage with comments to drive conversations and visibility
8. Monitor post performance (views, upvotes, replies) and optimize approach
9. Avoid spammy tactics, direct promotions, or bot usage
