Building a creator collective / streamer house in India (AMP clan model)

I’m researching the business model behind creator collectives / streamer houses (like AMP, Sidemen, OfflineTV, etc), but in the Indian context.

The idea is to build a small group (lets say 4–5) of full time creators focused on lifestyle, fitness, and entertainment content on YouTube, Instagram, and Twitch, structured as an actual company, not just a casual group of friends making videos.

And I’m trying to understand this from a real business/operator perspective, specifically, I’d love insights on the Business model, What are the actual primary revenue streams in the first 12–24 months?

Is brand sponsorship realistically the main early income, or are there other dominant sources? Now, the structure, What roles are truly essential early on?

How are creators usually compensated in these setups? And the most important thing, Are CPMs and brand deals in India actually viable for this model at scale right now?

I am aware that there would be a cultural/platform differences between indian and US/UK models, so I'm willing to invest in a content manager as well.
