Background & context
We are looking for an experienced WordPress freelancer to expand and optimise the website gurideblok.nl. The site is dedicated to non-duality, satsang and spiritual deepening — with a particular focus on Samadhi experiences, Ramana Maharshi and H.W.L. Poonja (Papaji). The goal is to enrich the content, improve technical performance and grow organic traffic.
Question 1 — Required actions
The work falls into three layers: technical foundation, content development and traffic growth.
Technical foundation
Configure LiteSpeed Cache correctly: full-page caching, CSS/JS minification, lazy loading of images
Review and improve WooCommerce settings (checkout flow, product pages, donation options)
Use of plugin EvantOn Set up a reliable backup strategy before any major changes begin
Measure page speed before and after (Google PageSpeed / Core Web Vitals) and report results
Content development
Create a biography and video page for H.W.L. Poonja (Papaji), including embedded YouTube videos
Expand the existing Ramana Maharshi page with additional texts and media
Add a page for the charity Soulfree Inspire Centre (Tiruvannamalai) with a donation option
Make three self-authored books available as free downloadable PDFs (via WooCommerce free product or direct download link)
Create a dedicated video page with embedded satsang and lecture recordings
Set up the events calendar for upcoming activities
Create a page for online lectures via Zoom links (announcements + registration)
Traffic growth
On-page SEO optimised around: non-duality, satsang, Samadhi, advaita, Ramana Maharshi, Papaji
Meta titles, descriptions and alt texts for all new and updated pages
Keyword research for both Dutch-speaking and international audiences
Advice on link building and community promotion in spiritual/non-duality circles

Experience we are looking for
Demonstrable experience with WordPress sites in the informational, spiritual or non-profit space

Portfolio or references from comparable projects
Good communication in English (Dutch is a plus)
Budget: to be determined based on proposal — please provide a breakdown per deliverable.
Timeline: preferably completed within 4–6 weeks after assignment.
Working method: phased delivery so feedback is possible at each stage.
