I need an experienced WordPress developer to build a clean, fast-loading blog that’s optimized for text-based articles. The core focus is on readability, so typography, spacing, and a distraction-free layout matter more to me than flashy effects.

Here’s what I’m after:
• A modern, responsive theme (custom child theme or well-supported premium template—your call) refined for long-form writing.
• Straightforward publishing workflow inside the block editor, with custom post templates if needed for featured articles or series.
• Solid SEO foundations: schema markup, logical heading structure, and lightweight performance tuning.
• Basic visitor interaction—at minimum a robust comment system and social sharing buttons are welcome, but I’m open to your suggestions.

Deliverables:
1. Fully configured WordPress site on my hosting, including theme, essential plugins, and demo content so I can see how everything fits together.
