WordPress Backend Debugging
Budget: $250 – $750 CAD
Hi,
I’m an electrical contractor and I have a relatively simple WordPress website with two versions: French and English.
Here’s a quick summary of my setup and the issue:
* Website built on WordPress
* Using Formidable Forms for smart quote / estimate forms
* Using WPML for French/English translations
* Each language version has its own pages and forms
* I started editing pages manually by language instead of strictly through WPML
* WPML warned against this, but I did it because the translations/layouts were not working the way I wanted
* I now suspect this caused conflicts or broken links between translated pages/forms
Current issue example:
* When clicking certain pages (like my generator wiring smart quote page), unexpected buttons/content appear or pages behave incorrectly
I need someone experienced with:
* WordPress debugging
* WPML
* Formidable Forms
* Fixing multilingual page conflicts
* Cleaning up translation structure properly without breaking the site
Looking for someone who can diagnose the issue efficiently and help stabilize the website.
Thanks
